Wendy’s passion for real estate stems from her 25- year career as a court reporter and agency co-owner, where she provided a critical role in various legal proceedings with extensive experience within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Land Court. Throughout the years she established a reputation of being highly dependable and trustworthy with a keen attention to detail. Armed with knowledge and passion, she began her real estate career with Re/Max Advantage Real Estate before joining eXp Realty. With eXp she earned recognition as the top team agent of the month while also being named as one of the top producers by units sold for the entire Massachusetts eXp Realty brokerage.

As a guiding compass for her clients, Wendy partnered with Heather Klosowski Real Estate in September of 2021. Heather’s philosophy was more aligned with her desire to give her clients more for less by eliminating the big box franchise fees. Her clients will never sacrifice service for a lower commission, but they will save money and keep more of their hard earned equity.

Originally from the Merrimack Valley, she considers the North Shore her home where she has lived for the past 40+ years. She resides in Peabody with her husband and two daughters. In her free time she enjoys cycling, reading, spending time at the beach and traveling.
